I design with a proactive sensibility. By understanding how users will expect to approach a product or solution, I can subvert expectations and match business goals with user expectations.

Inspired by movie intros, I use interaction as a way to guide users through a product. By using interaction to guide or emphasize an action, users are given a hint at what features are available to them as well as elevating a product’s distinctiveness.

By understanding how a product ecosystem can grow and pivot, I’ve learned to products with the intent to scale. By building a scalable design system, I’ve come to appreciate “working smarter not harder”.
