In need of building out transparency and analytics to customers, SoftBank Robotics created Whiz Connect, a data reporting and fleet management tool to complement Whiz, the automated vacuum. I was tasked with managing and refreshing the design system focusing on scalability and usability.

In refreshing the design system, the design team’s audit provided several goals: increase product usability and legibility, streamline component usage, and focus on improving the system through page analytics.
